The present invention relates to a fine dust purifying apparatus which is vertically erected on a road or sidewalk at a predetermined distance to adsorb surrounding fine dust to the porous filter by spraying the water in a collecting chamber to a multi-stage porous filter when rainwater flows into an upper part and is collected into a lower collecting chamber. To this end, a find dust purifying apparatus according to the present invention, which allows fine dust to be adsorbed to the water to purify the outside air when a fan provided in an outside air intake chamber is rotated, includes an outside air intake chamber with a plurality of suction holes provided inside a main body, and a water collecting chamber connected to the outside air intake chamber and provided in a lower part, wherein a rain gutter is provided on an upper end of the main body to be connected to the outside air intake chamber, a multi-stage porous filter is provided between the outdoor air suction chamber and the collection chamber in the main body, so that rainwater flowing into the outdoor air suction chamber is stored in the collection chamber through each of the porous filters, and an air discharge pipe guides the outside air impinging on the water surface of the water collecting chamber to be discharged to the outside of the body through the respective porous filters from the outdoor air intake chamber. 본 발명은 상부로 빗물이 유입되면 하부의 집수실로 모이고, 상기 집수실의 물은 다단의 다공성필터로 분사되도록 함으로써, 도로 또는 보도에 일정거리마다 수직으로 세워져서 주변의 미세먼지가 상기 다공성필터에 흡착되도록 한 미세먼지 정화장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 본체 내부에 상측으로 다수의 흡입구멍을 갖는 외기흡입실이 구비되고 하부에는 상기 외기흡입실과 연결되는 집수실이 구비되어서 상기 외기흡입실에 마련된 팬의 회전시 미세먼지가 물에 흡착되어 외기가 정화되도록 한 미세먼지 정화장치에 있어서, 상기 본체의 상단에 빗물받이부가 구비되어서 상기 외기흡입실과 연결되고; 상기 본체 내부에는 상기 외기흡입실과 집수실의 사이에 다단으로 다공성필터가 구비되어서 상기 외기흡입실로 유입된 빗물이 상기 각 다공성필터를 거쳐서 상기 집수실에 저장되며; 상기 외기흡입실로부터 상기 각 다공성필터를 거쳐 상기 집수실의 물 표면에서 충돌된 외기가 상기 본체 외부로 배출되게 안내하는 공기배출관이 구비된 특징이 있다.
