The present invention relates to a roof structure of a vehicle, which can simplify a coupling structure with a vehicle body while securing rigidity by using a composite material. The roof structure of a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a roof frame that is seated and joined to a side body of the vehicle body and a roof rail; a roof panel that is made of a composite material and has an edge bonded to the roof frame; and a rubber lip that is interposed between both ends of the roof panel and the side body of the vehicle body to seal a space between the roof panel and the side body. 본 발명은 복합소재를 사용하여 강성을 확보하면서 차체와의 결합구조를 간소화할 수 있는 차량의 루프 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 차량의 루프 구조는 차체의 사이드 바디 및 루프레일에 안착되어 결합되는 루프 프레임과; 복합소재로 형성되어 가장자리가 상기 루프 프레임에 접합되는 루프 패널과; 상기 루프 패널의 양측 단부과 차체의 사이드 바디 사이에 개재되어 상기 루프 패널과 사이드 바디 사이의 이격 공간을 실링하는 고무립을 포함한다.
