Summary:The present invention relates to a method for controlling twisting of a DNA origami nanostructure. According to the present invention, the method comprises the step of allowing at least one base pair to be inserted in or delected from a unit block of the DNA origami nanostructure, and may control the shape of the DNA origami nanostructure including twisting by allowing the base pair to be inserted in or delected from a strand having a relatively long crossover distance or a strand having a relatively short crossover distance. 본 발명은 DNA 오리가미 나노 구조체의 비틀림을 조절하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, DNA 오리가미 나노 구조체의 단위 블록에 하나 이상의 염기쌍을 삽입 또는 결실시키는 단계를 포함하고, 이들의 위치를 상대적으로 긴 크로스오버 거리를 지닌 가닥 또는 상대적으로 짧은 크로스오버 거리를 지닌 가닥에 상기 염기쌍을 삽입 또는 결실시킴으로써 상기 DNA 오리가미 나노 구조체의 비틀림을 포함한 형상을 조절할 수 있다.
