The substrate treating device comprises: a chamber having treatment space for treating a substrate therein; a substrate support assembly positioned in the chamber and including a support plate supporting the substrate; a gas supply unit supplying a gas into the chamber; a gas distribution plate distributing the gas and supplying the gas into the treatment space; and a temperature control unit controlling the temperature of the gas distribution plate.
