Summary:The present invention relates to a system which provides reliability and integrity throughout the overall life cycle of vehicle production, registration, inspection, and scrapping on the basis of a blockchain, and to a method therefor. On the basis of a consortium blockchain, organizations such as a vehicle production plant (100) and a repair shop (110) participate, and blocks are created through an agreement process to ensure the reliability of data. Generated blocks contain all vehicle information, and registered blocks cannot be altered, and thus the integrity of data is ensured. If the data is used as public data, the general public can utilize maintenance history or defect information as basic information for vehicle purchase before purchasing a vehicle. In addition, the present invention has an advantage in which false information can be blocked in advance at the time of a transaction by preventing tampering of a vehicle accident history. 본 발명은 블록체인을 기반으로 차량의 제작, 등록, 검사, 폐차 등의 생애 전 주기에 걸쳐 신뢰성과 무결성을 제공하는 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 컨소시엄 블록체인을 기반으로 하여 차량 생산공장(100) 및 정비소(110) 등의 기관들이 참가하고, 합의과정을 거쳐 블록이 생성되어 데이터의 신뢰성을 보장한다. 생성된 블록들이 차량의 모든 정보를 담게 되며 등록된 블록들은 변조가 불가능하므로 데이터의 무결성을 보장한다. 공공데이터로서 활용하게 되면 일반국민들도 차량 구매 전, 정비이력이나 결함 정보 등을 활용하여 차량 구입을 위한 기초 정보로 활용할 수 있다. 또한 차량의 사고 이력의 변조를 방지하여 거래 시에 허위 정보를 사전에 차단할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
