The present invention relates to an adhesive composition for a protective film of an acrylic base material, and a protective film for an acrylic base material. In particular, the adhesive composition comprises: (meth)acrylic copolymer comprising 0.1 to 9 mass% of a constitutive unit derived from 4-hydroxybutylacrylate, with respect to the total constitutive units, and 50 mass% or more of a constitutive unit derived from a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer with respect to the total constitutive units; a tri- or more-functional isocyanate-based crosslinker; an organopolysiloxane having an oxyalkylene chain; and an ionic compound. Further, the adhesive composition may not contain a di-functional isocyanate-based crosslinker, or may contain the same in an amount of more than 0 mass% to less than 1 mass% with respect to the amount of the tri- or more-functional isocyanate-based crosslinker. 4-히드록시부틸아크릴레이트에 유래하는 구성단위를 전체 구성단위에 대해 0.1질량%~9질량% 및 (메타)아크릴산 알킬에스테르 단량체에 유래하는 구성단위를 전체 구성단위에 대해 50질량% 이상 포함하는 (메타)아크릴계 공중합체와, 3관능 이상의 이소시아네이트계 가교제와, 옥시알킬렌쇄를 갖는 오르가노폴리실록산과, 이온성 화합물을 포함하고, 또한 2관능 이소시아네이트계 가교제를 포함하지 않거나 또는 3관능 이상의 이소시아네이트계 가교제의 함유량에 대한 2관능 이소시아네이트계 가교제의 함유량의 비율이 0질량% 초과 1질량% 미만인 아크릴 베이스재 보호 필름용 점착제 조성물 및 아크릴 베이스재 보호 필름.
