According to one embodiment of the present invention, a liquid display device comprises: a first substrate; a gate line and a reference electrode disposed on the first substrate and spaced apart from each other; a gate insulating film disposed on the gate line and the reference electrode; a semiconductor disposed on the gate insulating film; a data conductor disposed on the semiconductor; a passivation film disposed on the data conductor; a color filter disposed on the passivation film; an overcoat disposed on the color filter; and a pixel electrode and a reference voltage line disposed on the overcoat and spaced apart from each other, wherein the pixel electrode and the reference voltage line include the same material, and the reference voltage line is connected to the reference electrode through a reference voltage contact hole disposed in the gate insulating film, the passivation film, the color filter, and the overcoat, thereby preventing horizontal crosstalk defects of the liquid crystal display. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 액정 표시 장치는 제1 기판, 상기 제1 기판 위에 위치하며, 서로 이격되는 게이트선 및 기준 전극, 상기 게이트선 및 상기 기준 전극 위에 위치하는 게이트 절연막, 상기 게이트 절연막 위에 위치하는 반도체, 상기 반도체 위에 위치하는 데이터 도전체, 상기 데이터 도전체 위에 위치하는 보호막, 상기 보호막 위에 위치하는 색필터, 상기 색필터 위에 위치하는 덮개막, 그리고 상기 덮개막 위에 위치하며, 서로 이격되는 화소 전극 및 기준 전압선을 포함하고, 상기 화소 전극과 상기 기준 전압선은 동일한 물질을 포함하고, 상기 기준 전압선은 상기 게이트 절연막, 상기 보호막, 상기 색필터 및 상기 덮개막에 위치하는 기준 전압 접촉구를 통하여 상기 기준 전극과 연결된다.
