Abstract | The present invention relates to a binder composition including fly ash and a high strength binder prepared therefrom. According to the present invention, a specific content of formate is mixed with a binder obtained by mixing fly ash which is an industrial by-product and quicklime (CaO) to form a C-S-H bond, AFm phase, and katoite and calcite crystals in a binder after curing, and to increase a ratio thereof at the same time, thereby reducing pores and enhancing the initial strength and the long-term strength over time. The binder of the present invention may exhibit the strength the same as or higher than that of a cement-based binder, thereby being used as a binder substituted for the conventional cement-based binder.
본 발명은 플라이애시를 포함하는 결합재 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 고강도 결합재에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은 산업부산물인 플라이애시와 생석회(CaO)를 혼합한 바인더에 특정 함량으로 포름산염을 혼합함으로써, 양생 이후에 결합재 내 C-S-H 결합, AFm phase, 카토이트(katoite) 결정 및 방해석(calcite) 결정을 형성함과 동시에 이들의 비율을 높임으로써 공극을 줄이고, 초기 강도 및 시간 경과에 따른 장기 강도를 증진시킬 수 있다. 이렇게 제조된 본 발명의 결합재는 시멘트계 결합재와 동등하거나 또는 그 이상의 강도를 나타낼 수 있으므로, 종래 시멘트계 결합재를 대체할 수 있는 결합재로 사용될 수 있다. |
