Abstract | The present invention relates to a lever type connector. In the present invention, a lever (30) is rotatably provided in a housing (10) while a coupling rotation shaft (40) is fastened to shaft mounting portions (16) on both sidewalls (12) of the housing (10). One side of a body (42) of the coupling rotation shaft (40) has a head (44) having the outer diameter larger than the outer diameter of the body (42) and the other side has a pair of legs (46) inserted into the shaft mounting portions (16) to be provided. An elastic deformation space (48) is formed between the legs (46) and a first locking protrusion (50) is formed at a front end to be locked through an inner shaft hole (26) in a shaft insertion space (18) inside the shaft mounting portion (16). The body (42) has a circular cross section to be the center of rotation of the lever (30). In the present invention as described above, even if a material forming the housing (10) and the lever (30) does not have enough elasticity, the assembly and disassembly of the lever (30) is easily performed without damage.
본 발명은 레버타입 커넥터에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 하우징(10)의 양쪽 측벽(12)에 있는 축설치부(16)에 결합회전축(40)이 체결되면서 레버(30)가 하우징(10)에 회전가능하게 설치된다. 상기 결합회전축(40)의 몸체(42) 일측에는 상기 몸체(42)의 외경보다 큰 외경을 가지는 헤드(44)가 있고 타측에는 상기 축설치부(16)에 삽입되어 설치되는 레그(46)가 한쌍이 있다. 상기 레그(46)의 사이에는 탄성변형공간(48)이 형성되고, 선단에는 제1걸이턱(50)이 형성되어 상기 축설치부(16) 내부의 축삽입공간(18)에 있는 내부축공(26)을 관통하여 걸어진다. 상기 몸체(42)는 횡단면이 원형으로 되어 상기 레버(30)의 회전중심이 된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에서는 하우징(10)과 레버(30)를 형성하는 재료가 탄성이 별로 없더라도 레버(30)의 조립과 분해 등이 용이하면서도 손상없이 이루어지는 효과가 있다. |
