Abstract The present invention relates to a method for acquiring a nuclear medicine image based on artificial intelligence. According to the present invention, the method for acquiring a nuclear medicine image based on artificial intelligence comprises the following steps of: acquiring raw data such as a sinogram of a number array form by photographing using nuclear medicine imaging equipment; acquiring a raw image by back-projecting the raw data having coordinate information represented by the number onto an image coordinate for showing a region and a size of a tumor; acquiring a raw profile having a slope by matching, on an XY plane, data acquired by each line from an image coordinate plane where the raw image is displayed; performing a mathematical treatment of acquiring a processing profile by differentiating the raw profile; and reconstructing a nuclear medicine image of the tumor by acquiring repeated outputs through an artificial intelligence neural network until a pattern value of the processing profile reaches a predetermined pattern value. 본 발명은 인공지능 기반 핵의학 영상 획득 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 인공지능 기반 핵의학 영상 획득 방법은, 핵의학 영상 장비에 의한 촬영으로 숫자배열 형태의 사이노그램과 같은 로우데이터를 취득하는 단계; 상기 숫자로 된 좌표정보를 가진 로우테이터를, 종양의 영역과 크기를 보여 주기위한 영상 좌표 상에 역투사하여, 로우 영상 이미지를 획득하는 단계; 상기 로우 영상 이미지가 표시된 영상 좌표 평면 상에서 라인별로 취득한 데이터를 XY 평면 상에 매칭하여, 기울기를 가진 로우 프로파일을 획득하는 단계; 상기 로우 프로파일을 미분하여 가공 프로파일을 획득하는 수학적 처리 단계; 및상기 가공 프로파일의 패턴값이 기설정된 패턴값에 도달될 때까지 인공지능 신경망을 통해 반복적인 출력을 얻어 상기 종양에 대한 핵의학 영상을 재구성하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
