Abstract | The present invention relates to a sealed feedthrough of an electric compressor for a vehicle, which comprises a base body (10) formed with a metal portion. The base body (10) comprises at least one through hole (110) in which a connection pin (20) which is an electric conductor is guided to fix another connection pin (30) by a sealing agent (30) fused and fixed. The base body (10) has chamfering units (120, 121) inclined from an inner diameter of the through hole (110) on at least one surface of an upper surface (101) and a lower surface (102) on which the through hole (110) is formed to expand another through hole (100). Accordingly, the sealing agent (30) can be further stored to increase airtightness. Moreover, the sealed feedthrough has an optimal space distance and insulation distance in consideration of flow of the sealing agent at high temperature to increase insulation resistance, thermal resistance, and withstand voltage properties.
본 발명은 자동차용 전동압축기의 밀봉 피드스루에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 금속 부분으로 되는 베이스 바디(10)를 포함하고, 상기 베이스 바디(10)는 적어도 하나의 관통공(110)을 포함하며, 상기 관통공(110)은 전기 도체인 접속핀(20)이 안내되면서 관통공(110) 내에서 융착고정되는 실링재(30)에 의해 접속핀(30)이 고정되는 피드스루에 있어서, 상기 베이스 바디(10)는 상기 관통공(110)이 형성되는 상부면(101)과 하부면(102) 중에서 적어도 어느 한편의 면에 관통공(110)의 내경으로부터 경사지며 관통공(100)이 확장되는 면취부(120, 121)가 형성되어 상기 실링재(30)를 더 수용할 수 있게 되어 기밀도를 향상시키게 되고, 고온에서 실링재의 흐름을 고려한 최적의 공간거리 및 절연거리를 구비하여 절연저항과 내열성 및 내전압특성을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다. |
