The present invention relates to an optical display device comprising a display region and a non-display region. The optical display device includes an optical display element including a first substrate and a second substrate facing the first substrate and having a metal line layer formed thereon; and a first polarizing plate disposed on the upper surface of the optical display element. Each of the first polarizing plate and the second substrate are formed to extend in length relative to the first substrate. The first polarizing plate has a light blocking layer formed to cover at least a part of the metal line layer. A fixing member is formed in an area surrounded by the first polarizing plate, the first substrate, and the second substrate.
