The present invention provides a rotary screen device. The rotary screen device comprises: a frame unit having a screen net to be installed in a cylindrical shape and classify raw materials by particle size; and a screen fixing unit provided on the frame unit and fixing the screen net to an outer circumferential surface of the frame unit. The frame unit comprises a stirring support member which supports the screen net and installed in plural on an inner circumferential surface of the screen net.
