[과제] 서로 간극을 두고 배치된 전극을 가지는 압력 검출 센서에 있어서, 정확하게 측정 가능한 압력 측정 범위를 넓게 한다. [해결 수단] 압력 센서(1)는, 공통 전극(9)과, 복수의 개별 전극(31)과, 복수의 박막 트랜지스터(30)와, 감압층(11)을 갖추고 있다. 공통 전극(9)은, 일면에 퍼져 형성되어 있다. 복수의 개별 전극(31)은, 공통 전극(9)에 대향해 매트릭스 상(狀)으로 설치되어 있다. 복수의 박막 트랜지스터(30)는, 복수의 개별 전극(31)에 대응해 복수의 개별 전극(31)의 공통 전극(9)과 반대측에 설치되고, 1 또는 인접하는 2 이상이 1개의 개별 전극(31)에 접속되어 있다. 감압층(11)은, 공통 전극(9)의 복수의 개별 전극(31)측의 면(面)에 적층되어 있다. 복수의 개별 전극(31)은, 제1 전극(31X)과, 제1 전극(31X) 보다 두꺼워서 감압층(11)과의 간극이 제1 전극(31X) 보다 짧은 제2 전극(31Y)을 포함한다. A pressure sensor is disclosed. The pressure sensor includes a common electrode, a plurality of individual electrodes, a plurality of thin-film transistors and a common pressure-sensitive layer. The common electrode is formed as a layer. The plurality of individual electrodes are arranged in a matrix opposing the common electrode. The plurality of thin-film transistors are respectively located corresponding to the individual electrodes on sides of the individual electrodes opposite to the common electrode, where one or two or more adjacent thin-film transistors are connected to one individual electrode. The common pressure-sensitive layer is disposed on a surface of the common electrode on a side facing the plurality of individual electrodes. The plurality of individual electrodes include a first electrode, and a second electrode that is thicker than the first electrode and therefore creates a smaller gap from the common pressure-sensitive layer than the first electrode.
