Abstract | The present invention relates to an electrode for a supercapacitor, capable of massively producing a supercapacitor with excellent capacitance in a simple and easy manufacturing method, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing an electrode for a supercapacitor comprises: a first step of forming a porous current collector layer on a substrate to manufacture a current collector substrate; a second step of immersing the current collector substrate in a metal cation precursor solution; a third step of immersing the current collector substrate in a sulfur precursor solution and washing the current collector substrate to manufacture the current collector substrate having a surface and a pore coated with metal sulfide; and a fourth step of heat-treating the current collector substrate coated with the metal sulfide.
본 발명은 초고용량 커패시터용 전극 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로써, 보다 상세하게는 단순 용이한 제조방법으로 정전용량이 우수한 초고용량 커패시터를 대량생산할 수 있는 초고용량 커패시터용 전극 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. |
