The present invention relates to a method for deriving an investment field from research and development (R&D) fields, to raise reliability in the investment field derived from the R&D fields. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: receiving information about a technical classification of an R&D theme; receiving a result evaluation with respect to a result of the R&D theme in accordance with the technical classification; receiving current domestic technical level evaluation, future value evaluation, and technical matureness for each technical classification; digitizing inputted data; calculating a technical investment value score for each technical classification; and providing a predetermined technical classification as R&D information in accordance with the technical investment value score. 본 발명은 분야별 전문가 입력수단(100), 외부기관 입력수단(200), 외부 전문가 입출력수단(300), 정보 서비스 서버(400), 사용자 입출력수단(501, 502)을 포함하는 연구개발(R&D) 투자 분야 도출 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 분야별 전문가 입력수단(100)을 통하여 연구개발 과제의 제1 내지 제n 기술분류에 관한 정보를 상기 정보 서비스 서버(400)에 입력받는 단계(n은 1보다 큰 정수); 상기 외부기관 입력수단(200)을 통하여 연구개발 과제 성과에 대한 성과 평가(O)를 상기 기술분류에 따라 상기 정보 서비스 서버(400)에 입력받는 단계; 상기 외부 전문가 입출력수단(300)을 통하여 제1 내지 제n 기술분류별 국내 현재 기술수준 평가(P), 제1 내지 제n 기술분류별 미래가치 평가(F), 제1 내지 제n 기술분류별 기술성숙도(M)를 입력받는 단계; 상기 정보 서비스 서버(400)는 상기 성과 평가(O), 현재 기술수준 평가(P), 미래가치 평가(F), 기술성숙도(M)에 대하여 각각 수치화하는 단계; 상기 정보 서비스 서버(400)는 상기 사용자 입출력수단(501, 502)으로부터 연구개발 정보를 요청받는 경우, 성과 평가(O), 현재 기술수준 평가(P), 미래가치 평가(F)를 반영하고 기술성숙도(M)에 의하여 성과 평가(O)와 미래가치 평가(F)의 반영 정도를 조절하여 기술분류별 기술 투자 가치 점수(V)를 산출하는 단계; 상기 정보 서비스 서버(400)는 상기 사용자 입출력수단(501, 502)에 상기 기술 투자 가치 점수(V)에 따라 소정의 기술분류를 연구개발 정보로서 제공하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
