Summary:A fire door according to one aspect of the present invention includes a door frame and a door. The door frame includes an inner frame located on an inner side of the door, the inner frame having a first fastening portion surrounding the edge of the door; an outer frame which is located on the outdoor side and surrounds the edge of the door and has a second fastening portion corresponding to the first fastening portion; a heat insulating material provided between the first fastening portion and the second fastening portion; a connecting plate having opposite ends joined to the inner frame and the outer frame to form a sealed first inner space; and a first bolt located in the first internal space and passing through the first fastening portion, the heat insulating material and the second fastening portion in order to engage the inner and outer frames. The door includes an inner steel plate having a first bent portion whose both ends are curved outwardly and located in a room; an outer steel plate located at the outdoor to correspond to the inner steel plate; a reinforcing frame member fixed to the outer steel plate and forming a sealed second inner space by being engaged with the inner steel plate; a second bolt inserted into the second inner space through an insertion portion formed in the inner steel plate to fasten the first bent portion and the reinforcing frame member in the second internal space; and a phenolic foam (PF) board which is provided in a form to fill the second internal space and exhibits fire resistance. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 방화문의 문틀은 실내 측에 위치하여 상기 문짝의 테두리를 감싸며 제1체결부를 구비하는 내부 틀과, 실외 측에 위치하여 상기 문짝의 테두리를 감싸며 제1체결부와 대응되는 제2체결부를 구비하는 외부 틀과, 상기 제1체결부와 상기 제2체결부 사이에 구비되는 단열재와, 양단이 상기 내부 틀 및 상기 외부 틀과 결합하여 밀폐된 제1내부공간을 형성하는 연결 판과, 상기 제1내부공간에 위치하고 상기 제1체결부, 상기 단열재 및 상기 제2체결부를 차례대로 관통하여 상기 내부 틀과 상기 외부 틀을 결합하는 제1볼트를 구비하고. 문짝은 양단이 실외 측으로 절곡된 제1절곡부를 구비하여 실내 측에 위치하는 내부강판과, 상기 내부강판에 대응되도록 실외 측에 위치하는 외부강판과, 상기 외부강판에 고정되고 상기 내부강판과 결합하여 밀폐된 제2내부공간을 형성하는 보강골구와, 상기 내부강판에 형성된 삽입부를 통해 상기 제2내부공간에 삽입되어 상기 제2내부공간에서 상기 제1절곡부와 상기 보강골구가 체결되도록 하는 제2볼트와, 상기 제2내부공간을 채우는 형태로 구비되어 방화성능을 발휘하는 페놀폼(PF:Phenolic Foam)보드를 구비할 수 있다.
