Abstract | The present invention relates to a medical lighting cover structure that can be easily attached to and detached from a medical lighting lamp at any time, and can be commonly used for various models of medical lighting, thereby reducing investment cost, improving productivity, and reducing the cost for a raw material. The medical lighting cover structure includes: a light source module including an LED module and a reflector that reflects light emitted from the LED module and concentrates the light forward; a light irradiator head module in the form of a housing of the light source module and configured to form a plurality of light source modules; and a cover module including a cover substrate for covering a front surface of the light irradiator head module and detachably coupled to the light irradiator head module, a cover bracket for coupling the cover substrate to the light irradiator head module, and a cover connection portion for connecting the cover substrate and the cover bracket in a curved-L shape. The cover bracket is coupled to a neodymium magnet portion as a horizontal connection portion of the light irradiator head module.
