Abstract | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a mold core and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a mold core using electro-forming, wherein the same mold core can be repeatedly manufactured by using electro-forming, and an edge or an apex that is formed in an electro-forming object and is a process standard is utilized to accurately process the size and right angle of a mold core.
본 발명은 금형코어의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 전주(전기 주조)를 이용하여 동일한 금형코어를 반복적으로 제작할 수 있고 전주물에 형성된 가공 기준인 모서리나 꼭지점을 활용하여 금형코어의 치수와 직각도를 정밀하게 가공할 수 있는 전주를 이용한 금형코어의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. |
