The present invention relates to a reducer and construction equipment having the same. The reducer comprises: a carrier pin configured to support a planetary gear engaged with a sun gear for transferring a rotational force of a driving shaft connected to a motor; and a carrier housing connecting the planetary gear and coupled to the carrier pin. The carrier pin comprises: a first stopper preventing the carrier pin from moving in the rotation-axis direction in which the planetary gear rotates, and rotate in the rotation-axis direction based on a rotation-axis, and formed on one side of the carrier pin to be rotatably coupled to one side of the carrier housing; and a second stopper formed on the other end of the carrier pin to be rotatably coupled to the other side of the carrier housing. 본 발명은 감속기 및 이를 포함하는 건설장비에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 감속기는, 모터에 연결된 구동축의 회전력을 전달하는 선기어에 치합되는 유성기어를 지지하는 캐리어핀; 및 상기 유성기어를 연결하고 상기 캐리어핀과 결합되는 캐리어하우징을 포함하고, 상기 캐리어핀은, 상기 유성기어가 자전하는 자전축 방향으로 이동하는 것을 제한하고, 자전축을 중심으로 자전방향 회전이 가능하며, 일측에 형성되어 상기 캐리어하우징의 일측에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 제1 스토퍼; 및 타측에 형성되어 상기 캐리어하우징의 타측에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 제2 스토퍼를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
