Summary:Cervical cancer is the second most common cancer among cancers that occur in women worldwide, and is the fourth among the entire cancers occurring in Korea. Recognition by women in their 20′s needs to be investigated. As a result of investigating the status of vaccination, 16.4% of people suffering from cervical cancer was vaccinated and 83.6% was not, indicating that the percentage is very high for those who were not vaccinated. People who have had free examinations available for ages 20 and up were 9.1%, and people who have not were 90.9%. For people with children, 78.2% was willing to receive government-funded vaccination, 7.3% was not willing, and 14.5% was unsure, indicating that more people were willing to receive vaccination. People should pay attention from the point of view of operating various programs such as government-funded vaccination and free examinations to prevent cervical cancer. 자궁경부암은 전 세계적으로 여성에게 발병하는 암 중 두번째로 흔한 암이며, 우리나라에서 발생하는 전체 암 중 4위를 차지하고있다. 20대 여성들의 인식을 알아볼 필요가 있다고 생각한다. 예방접종 여부를 조사한 결과 자궁경부암을 알고 계신 분들 중 자궁경부암 예방접종 백신을 맞으신 경우는 16.4% 아닌 경우는 83.6%로 접종을 하지 않으시는 경우가 매우 크게 나타났다. 만 20세 이상부터 실행하는 무료검진을 받아 보신 분들은 9.1% 안받으신 분들은 90.9%로 나타났다. 자녀가 있다면 정부지원 예방접종을 할 의향이 있으신 분들은 78.2% 아니신 분들은 7.3% 잘 모르겠다고 응답해주신 분들은 14.5%로 예방접종을 할 의향이 있으신 경우가 매우 크게 나타났다. 자궁경부암을 예방하려면 정부지원 예방접종이나 무료검진 등 여러 프로그램을 운영하는 시점에서 관심을 가져야 한다고 생각한다.
