Abstract | The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring crack growth properties of creep using a small specimen with a micro groove and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a lower die on which the edge of a specimen is seated and a lower die hole is formed in the center; an upper die coupled to an upper portion of the lower die to fix the specimen; and a punching means inserted into an upper die hole formed at the center of the upper die to press an upper surface of the specimen. On a lower surface of the specimen, a semi-elliptical micro groove may be processed to measure crack growth properties of creep.
본 발명은 미세홈이 있는 소형시편을 이용한 크리프 균열성장 물성 측정 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 크리프 균열성장 물성 측정 장치는 상기 시편의 가장자리가 안착되고, 중앙에는 하부 다이홀이 형성되는 하부 다이; 상기 하부 다이의 상부에 결합되어 상기 시편을 고정시키는 상부 다이; 및 상기 상부 다이의 중앙에 형성된 상부 다이홀에 삽입되어 상기 시편의 상면을 가압하는 펀칭수단을 포함하고, 상기 시편의 하면에는 크리프 균열성장 물성측정을 위하여 반타원형의 미세홈이 가공될 수 있다. |
