Abstract The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for suppressing boil-off gas in a liquefied gas storage tank. More specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus and method for reducing or suppressing boil-off gas in a ship such as a conveyor ship for conveying liquefied gas or an offshore structure. According to the present invention, the apparatus for suppressing boil-off gas in liquefied gas storage tank comprises: a liquefied gas storage tank covered by an insulating space and storing liquefied gas; a cooling means cooling incombustible fluids to be supplied to the insulating space; and a fluid circulating line connecting the insulating space to the cooling means and providing a route for the incombustible fluids. Moreover, low-temperature incombustible fluids cooled in the cooling means can be circulated in the insulating space. 본 발명은 액화가스 저장탱크의 증발가스 억제장치 및 억제방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는, 액화가스를 운반하는 운반선과 같은 선박 또는 해양 구조물에서 증발가스가 생성되는 것을 저감 또는 억제하기 위한 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 액화가스 저장탱크의 증발가스 억제장치는, 단열공간으로 둘러싸여 있으며 액화가스를 저장하는 액화가스 저장탱크; 상기 단열공간으로 공급할 불연성 유체를 냉각시키는 냉각수단; 및 상기 단열공간과 냉각수단을 연결하며 상기 불연성 유체의 경로를 제공하는 유체 순환라인;을 포함하여, 상기 단열공간에는 상기 냉각수단에서 냉각된 저온의 불연성 유체가 순환하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
AbstractList The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for suppressing boil-off gas in a liquefied gas storage tank. More specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus and method for reducing or suppressing boil-off gas in a ship such as a conveyor ship for conveying liquefied gas or an offshore structure.
