The present invention relates to a multivitamin composition comprising benfotiamine and a method for preparing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a multivitamin composition for human nutritional supplementation in the form of a rapid film-coated tablet containing benfotiamine and a method for producing the same. The multivitamin composition for nutritional supplement produced by a preparing method according to the present invention exhibits a remarkably shortened disintegration time to increase the in vivo absorption of vitamin, and can obtain the maximum effect within a short time. In addition, it has moderate hardness and scratch resistance when it is produced by tablet, and has excellent physical properties in terms of stability such as the color of a main component, unpleasant odor, and taste blocking. The multivitamin composition includes benfotiamine, disintegrant, excipient, binder and lubricant. 본 발명은 벤포티아민을 포함하는 종합비타민 조성물, 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 본 발명은 벤포티아민을 포함하는 속방성 필름코팅정제 형태의 인체 영양 보충용 종합비타민 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 제조방법에 의해 제조된 영양보충용 종합비타민 조성물은 탁월하게 단축된 붕해시간을 나타내어 비타민의 체내흡수율을 높여 단시간 내 최대 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 또한, 정제로 제조시 적당한 경도, 마손도를 지니고 주성분의 색상이나 불쾌한 냄새, 맛의 차폐 등의 안정성 면에서 우수한 물성을 지닌다.
