The touch panel having one surface provided as an installation surface comprises: a transparent substrate; a sensor layer stacked on an installation surface side of the transparent substrate; and a protective layer stacked on an installation surface side of the sensor layer. An uneven part is formed on a surface on which the protective layer is stacked and the protective layer is two times thicker than the thickness of the uneven part. 본 발명은 광학 간섭을 억제하여, 터치 패널의 미관이 손상되는 것을 막는 것을 목적으로 한다. 한쪽의 면이 장착면으로서 마련된 터치 패널로서, 투명 기판과, 투명 기판의 장착면측에 적층된 센서층과, 센서층의 장착면측에 적층된 보호층을 갖고, 보호층이 적층되는 면에 단차가 형성되어 있고, 보호층은 단차의 2배를 넘는 두께를 가진다.
