The present invention relates to a functional fiber having thermal storage properties. More specifically, disclosed is a thermal storage fiber which is obtained by: forming multiple cores using a material having a phase changing thermal storage function; coating the cores with an intermediate material having adhesive properties and flexibility; and finally surrounding the outside using a fibrous material. According to the present invention, the separation between fibrous materials or the elution of materials are prevented. 본 발명은 축열 기능을 가진 기능성 섬유에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 상변화 축열 기능을 가진 물질로 다수의 코어를 형성하고, 이 코어를 접착성 및 신축성을 가진 중간물질로 도포한 후에 최종적으로 섬유소재로 외부를 둘러싸도록 한 축열 섬유를 개시한다.
