Abstract a) 지방족 1가 아실기 및 화학식 - C(O) - R - COOH의 기 (R은 2가 탄화수소기이다)를 포함하는 에스테르화된 셀룰로오스 에테르로서, I) - C(O) - R - COOH 기의 중화도는 0.4 이하이며, 그리고 II) 총 에스테르 치환도는 0.03 내지 0.70인, 에스테르화된, 상기 셀룰로오스 에테르, 및 b) 20 ℃에서 2 중량% 수용액으로서 측정 시, 1.2 내지 200 mPaㆍs의 점도를 갖는 셀룰로오스 에테르를 포함하는, 조성물은 증가된 온도에서 겔화되며, 겔의 온도를 추가로 증가시킬 때 감소된 이액현상을 나타낸다. A composition comprising a) an esterified cellulose ether comprising aliphatic monovalent acyl groups and groups of the formula -C(O)-R-COOH, R being a divalent hydrocarbon group, wherein I) the degree of neutralization of the groups -C(O)-R-COOH is not more than 0.4 and II) the total degree of ester substitution is from 0.03 to 0.70, and b) a cellulose ether having a viscosity of from 1.2 to 200 mPa s, measured as a 2 weight-% aqueous solution at 20° C., gels at increased temperature and displays reduced syneresis when further increasing the temperature of the gel.
