Abstract | A rotary-type magnetic fluid sealing device comprises: a main shaft including a rotary core member having a power transmission core member and first and second penetration holes, a magnetic seal core member, and a chamber insertion member; a rotary part formed to surround the rotary core member, connected to an inlet to provide inflow water through the first penetration hole, connected to an outlet to receive discharge water through the second penetration hole, and including a dual waterproof ring in each of the inside and outside of the first and second penetration holes; and a magnetic fluid member formed to surround the magnetic seal core member and formed between first and second bearings. Therefore, the rotary-type magnetic fluid sealing device can reduce heat generated in a vacuum chamber, and can also improve sealing properties by using a magnetic fluid.
로터리식 자성유체 밀봉 장치는 동력전달 코어부재와 제1 및 제2 관통공들을 포함하는 로터리 코어부재, 마그네틱 씰 코어부재 및 챔버 인입부재를 포함하는 메인 샤프트, 상기 로터리 코어부재를 감싸도록 형성되고, 상기 제1 관통공을 통해 유입수를 제공하도록 인렛과 연결되며 상기 제2 관통공을 통해 유출수를 제공받도록 아웃렛과 연결되고, 상기 제1 및 제2 관통공들 내외측들 각각에 이중 방수링을 포함하는 로터리부 및 상기 마그네틱 씰 코어부재를 감싸도록 형성되고 제1 및 제2 베이링들 사이에 자성유체 부재를 포함한다. 따라서, 로터리식 자성유체 밀봉 장치는 진공 챔버 내 발생하는 열을 감소시킴과 동시에 자성유체를 이용하여 밀폐성 또한 향상시킬 수 있다. |
