Abstract | The present invention provides an electronic device capable of sensing a touch position and a touch force without influence of noise while having a thin thickness. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the electronic device comprises: a housing having a storing space; a display module stored in the storing space; and a cover window supported by the housing so as to cover the display module. The display module includes: a pixel array layer arranged on a substrate and including a plurality of pixels having an organic light emitting element and a thin film transistor; an encapsulating layer covering the pixel array layer; a shielding layer arranged on the encapsulating layer; and a touch sensing layer arranged on the shielding layer.
본 출원은 얇은 두께를 가지면서 노이즈에 대한 영향 없이 터치 위치와 터치 포스를 센싱할 수 있는 전자 기기를 제공하는 것으로, 본 출원에 따른 전자 기기는 수납 공간을 갖는 하우징, 수납 공간에 수납된 디스플레이 모듈, 디스플레이 모듈을 덮도록 하우징에 지지된 커버 윈도우를 포함하며, 디스플레이 모듈은 기판 상에 마련되고 박막 트랜지스터와 유기 발광 소자를 갖는 복수의 화소를 포함하는 화소 어레이층, 화소 어레이층을 덮는 봉지층, 봉지층 상에 마련된 차폐층, 및 차폐층 상에 마련된 터치 센싱층을 포함할 수 있다. |
