Abstract To improve characteristics of luminance efficiency of an OLED organic material, an OLED structure needs to be improved to enable electrons and holes to be physically coupled to each other at lower voltage. To improve the OLED structure, according to the present invention, a nano encapsulated organic light emitting device can be mixed with injection layer materials or transport layer materials of the electrons and holes so as to manufacture a target. An OLED product manufactured by the target can improve characteristics of luminance efficiency. Moreover, the produce can be manufactured by nano encapsulated organic light emitting device using low-cost light emitting organic materials with low purity so that production costs can be reduced. OLED 유기물을 발광 효율특성을 향상시키기 위하여 전자와 정공을 물리적으로 보다 낮은 전압에서 결합 할 수 있는 OLED구조로 개선하기위하여 전자와 정공의 주입층물질 또는 운송층물질과 나노켑슐화된 유기발광소자를 혼합하여 타켓을 제작하였다. 이런 타켓으로 제작된 OLED제품은 발광효율의 특성의 개선 뿐 만 아니라, 순도가 낮은 저가의 발광용 유기물을 사용하여 나노켑슐화된 유기발광소자로 제조하여 사용이 가능하기 때문에 원가를 낮출수가 있다
AbstractList To improve characteristics of luminance efficiency of an OLED organic material, an OLED structure needs to be improved to enable electrons and holes to be physically coupled to each other at lower voltage.
