Abstract | The present invention relates to a sensor assembly for an outsole of a wearable robot, in which a force applied to the outsole of the wearable robot is transmitted to a sensor without loss or distortion, thereby improving reliability of the sensor. According to the present invention, the sensor assembly for the outsole of the wearable robot is configured such that an upper plate (11), a lower plate (12), and an outsole (13) are sequentially joined, a sensor (14) is provided between the upper plate (11) and the lower plate (12), and a cover (15) is provided over the sensor (14), wherein the cover (15) is provided with elastic members (16a, 16b) formed of a rubber material on at least one of an upper surface and a lower surface of the cover (15), and the elastic members (16a, 16b) are interposed between the cover (15) and the upper plate (11) or between the cover (15) and the sensor (14).
본 발명은 착용로봇에서 발바닥에 가해지는 힘을 손실이나 왜곡없이 센서로 전달되도록 하여 센서의 신뢰성이 향상되도록 한 착용로봇의 발바닥 센서 어셈블리에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 착용로봇의 발바닥 센서 어셈블리는, 상판(11), 하판(12) 및 밑창(13)이 순서대로 접합되고, 상기 상판(11)과 하판(12) 사이에 센서(14)가 설치되며, 상기 센서(14)의 상방에 커버(15)가 설치되는 착용형 로봇의 발바닥 센서 어셈블리에 있어서, 상기 커버(15)는 상부면과 하부면 중 적어도 어느 한 곳에 고무재질로 이루어진 탄성부재(16a)(16b)가 설치되고, 상기 커버(15)와 상기 상판(11) 사이 또는 상기 커버(15)와 상기 센서(14) 사이에 상기 탄성부재(16a)(16b)가 개재되는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
