Abstract | 고체 고분자 전해질막 또는 촉매층을 형성할 때에 균열을 잘 발생시키지 않게 할 수 있는, 액상 조성물, 촉매층 형성용 도공액 및 막 전극 접합체의 제조 방법의 제공. -[CF-CF{(OCFCFX)O(CF)SOH}]- (단, X:F 또는 CF, m:1 ∼ 3, p:0 또는 1, n:1 ∼ 12 의 정수이다) 로 나타내는 구성 단위와 테트라플루오로에틸렌에서 유래하는 구성 단위를 갖는 공중합체를, 물과 탄화수소계 알코올을 함유하는 매체 (단, 함불소 용매를 함유하지 않는다) 에 분산시켜, 상기 공중합체의 농도가 13 ∼ 26 질량% 인 분산액을 조제하고, 상기 분산액 및 함불소 용매를, 상기 공중합체의 농도와 상기 함불소 용매의 농도의 합계가 17 ∼ 35 질량% 가 되도록 혼합하여 액상 조성물을 조제한다.
To provide methods for producing a liquid composition, a coating liquid for a catalyst layer and a membrane electrode assembly, capable of making cracking less likely to occur at the time of forming a solid polymer electrolyte membrane or a catalyst layer. A copolymer having a structural unit represented by -[CF 2 -CF{(OCF 2 CFX) m O n (CF 2 ) n SO 3 H}]- (wherein X: F or CF 3 , m: 1 to 3, p: 0 or 1, and n: an integer of 1 to 12) and a structural unit derived from tetrafluoroethylene, is dispersed in a medium containing water and a hydrocarbon-type alcohol (but not including a fluorinated solvent) to prepare a dispersion wherein the concentration of the copolymer is from 13 to 26 mass%, and the dispersion and a fluorinated solvent are mixed so that the sum of the concentration of the copolymer and the concentration of the fluorinated solvent becomes to be from 17 to 35 mass%, to prepare a liquid composition. |
