Abstract | According to an embodiment of the present invention, an antenna switch circuit comprises: a first switch circuit unit connected between an antenna port and a first signal port for transmitting and receiving a signal, and operated by a first gate signal; and a second switch circuit unit connected between the antenna port and a second signal port for transmitting and receiving the signal, and operated by a second gate signal. At least one of the first and second switch circuits includes: at least two first and second transistors connected in series between two ports at both sides; a first voltage distribution unit including first and second resistances connected in series between a source and a drain of the first transistor; and a first variable capacitor circuit unit connected between a body of the first transistor and the first voltage distribution unit, and having a capacitance varying by a voltage at both ends.
