Abstract The present invention relates to an algorithm to quantitatively analyze antibodies against human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), virus causing acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). According to the present invention, it is possible to provide algorithms for quantification using an immunochromatographic technique in the use of an infection test kit through HIV antibody detection. 본 발명은 후천성 면역결핍 증후군(Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome, AIDS)을 일으키는 원인 바이러스인 인간면역부전바이러스(Human Immunodeficiency Virus, HIV)에 대한 항체의 정량적으로 분석하기 위한 알고리즘을 포함한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, HIV 항체 검출을 통한 감염 여부 진단 키트를 사용함에 있어서 면역크로마토그래피 기술을 사용하여 정량화 하는 알고리즘을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
