Abstract The present invention relates to a structure for eradicating aquatic organisms using water ejection and a biocidal needle, and a method for deterring aquatic organisms using the same. A plurality of column bodies (1) composed of a column main body (10) provided with a water ejection nozzle are installed to surround a protection spot requiring protection from inflow or approach of aquatic organisms such that a blocking film can be formed by water ejection, and the biocidal needle is used to kill approaching aquatic organisms. Thus, aquatic organisms can be effectively eradicated such that blockage of an intake or the like can be prevented in advance. 본 발명은, 물분사 노즐을 구비한 기둥본체(10)로 이루어진 복수개의 기둥체(1)를 수생생물의 유입이나 접근으로부터의 보호가 필요한 보호지점을 둘러싸도록 설치하여 물 분사에 의한 차단막을 형성하고 살생침(殺生針)을 이용하여 접근하는 수생생물을 살생함으로써, 수생생물을 효과적으로 퇴치하여 취수구 등에 막힘이 발생하는 것을 사전에 예방할 수 있도록 하는 "물 분사와 살생침을 이용한 수생생물 퇴치 구조물 및 이를 이용한 수생 생물 퇴치 방법"에 관한 것이다.
