Abstract | The present invention relates to an ultrasound probe, an ultrasound diagnosis apparatus and a control method thereof which resolve spatial limitations. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the ultrasound probe comprises: a plurality of transducer elements which transmit ultrasonic waves into a subject, detect ultrasonic echo signals responding to ultrasonic waves transmitted from the subject, and are classified to be included in a plurality of first sub-arrays; a plurality of first analog beam formers to firstly beam-form the ultrasonic echo signals detected by the plurality of transducer elements included in each of the first sub-arrays to generate a first synthesis signal; and a second analog beam former to secondly beam-form the first synthesis signal generated by each of the first analog beam formers to generate a second synthesis signal.
