The present invention provides a locking/unlocking system which promotes user convenience when a plurality of users use the same car and facility at different times, and prevents car theft or unauthorized entry into the facility. The locking/unlocking system (1) comprises: a mobile terminal (20); a key unit (12); and a locking/unlocking device (11) of the car or the facility. The mobile terminal (20) comprises a first transmitting unit transmitting first authentication information to the key unit (12). The key unit (12) comprises: a first memory unit; a first authentication unit performing authentication based on the first authentication information; a decoding unit decoding second authentication information when the authentication is carried out successfully by the first authentication unit; and a second transmitting unit transmitting the second authentication information to the locking/unlocking device (11). The locking/unlocking device (11) comprises: a second authentication unit performing authentication based on the second authentication information; and a locking/unlocking unit performing locking or unlocking on the car (10) or the facility when the authentication is carried out successfully by the second authentication unit. 잠금/잠금 해제 시스템(1)은, 휴대 단말기(20)와, 키 유닛(12)과, 차량(10) 또는 시설의 잠금/잠금 해제 장치(11)를 구비한다. 상기 휴대 단말기(20)는, 상기 키 유닛(12)에 제1 인증 정보를 송신하는 제1 송신부를 포함한다. 상기 키 유닛(12)은, 제1 기억부와, 제1 인증 정보에 기초하여 인증을 행하는 제1 인증부와, 상기 제1 인증부에 의한 인증에 성공한 경우, 제2 인증 정보를 복호하는 복호부와, 제2 인증 정보를 상기 잠금/잠금 해제 장치(11)에 송신하는 제2 송신부를 포함한다. 상기 잠금/잠금 해제 장치(11)는, 상기 제2 인증 정보에 기초하여 인증을 행하는 제2 인증부와, 상기 제2 인증부에 의한 인증에 성공한 경우, 상기 차량(10) 또는 시설의, 잠금 또는 잠금 해제를 행하는 잠금/잠금 해제부를 포함한다.
