The present invention relates to a cleaning device for a product surface and a cleaning system for a product surface using the same. In the present invention, upper and lower roller shafts (310, 320) are rotationally installed in a cleaning space (110) of a housing (100). The upper and lower roller shafts (310, 320) are respectively coupled to clean rollers (330, 340) coming into contact with the surface of a product to remove foreign substances. A motor (M) transmitting a driving force to the lower roller shaft (320) is installed on a side surface of the housing (100) to rotate the upper and lower roller shafts (310, 320). A power transmission gear (380) transmitting power of the motor (M) to one of the upper and lower roller shaft (310, 320) is included in a connection shaft of the motor (M) such that the upper and the lower roller shaft (310, 320) are rotated in opposite directions with the same number of revolutions. According to the present invention having the above configuration, the clean rollers rotated in opposite directions with the same number of revolutions are provided to prevent a curling phenomenon in which the product is rolled up on the clean roller in the process of separating foreign substances. Therefore, it is possible to lower the defect rate of the product, thereby reducing the purchase of raw materials and increasing the productivity. 본 발명은 제품 표면용 세정장치 및 이를 이용한 제품용 클리닝 시스템에 관 한 것이다. 본 발명에서, 하우징(100)의 세정공간(110)에는 상부 및 하부롤러축(310,320)이 회전가능하게 설치된다. 상기 상부 및 하부롤러축(310, 320)에는 상기 제품의 표면과 접촉하여 이물질을 제거하는 클린롤러(330, 340)가 각각 결합된다. 상기 하우징(100)의 측면에는 상기 상부 및 하부롤러축(310, 320)이 회전되도록 상기 하부롤러축(320)에 구동력을 전달하는 모터(M)가 설치된다. 상기 모터(M)의 연결축에는 상기 상부 및 하부롤러축(310, 320)이 같은 회전수로 서로 반대되는 방향으로 회전되도록 상기 상부 및 하부롤러축(310, 320) 중 일측에 상기 모터(M)의 동력을 전달하는 동력전달기어(380)를 포함하여 구성된다. 이와 같은 구성을 가지는 본 발명에 의하면, 같은 회전수로 서로 반대되는 방향으로 돌아가는 클린롤러가 구비되어 제품이 이물질이 분리되는 과정에서 상기 클린롤러에 말려올라가게 되는 말림현상이 방지된다. 따라서, 제품의 불량율을 낮출 수 있어 원료 구매를 절감할 수 있고 생산성을 높일 수 있는 이점이 있다.
