본 발명은 러버 온리 타입 개스킷의 취급 작업성을 향상시키는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 러버 온리 타입의 개스킷 본체와, 개스킷 본체를 비접착 상태로 유지하는 수지 필름으로 이루어지는 필름 캐리어의 조합으로 이루어지는 개스킷 성형품이다. 필름 캐리어는, 개스킷 본체를 유지하는 개스킷 유지부 외에, 개스킷 본체를 해당 필름 캐리어에 대해 예비고정하는 표면 처리에 의한 예비고정부를 갖는다. 개스킷 본체는, 예비고정부에 예비고정되는 피예비고정부를 갖는다. 예비고정부 및 피예비고정부는, 필름 캐리어 및 개스킷 본체를 제품 형상으로 펀칭 가공할 때에 이들로부터 제거되는 것인 것을 특징으로 한다. The purpose of the present invention is to improve the handling and usability of rubber only-type gaskets. To achieve said purpose, a gasket molding is obtained by combining a rubber only-type gasket body with a film carrier obtained from a resin film that holds the gasket body in an unbonded state. The gasket molding is characterized in that: in addition to a gasket-holding section for holding the gasket body, the film carrier has temporary tacking sections that are surface-treated to temporarily tack the gasket body to said film carrier; the gasket body has temporary tack-receiving sections that are temporarily tacked to the temporary tacking sections; and the temporary tacking sections and temporary tack-receiving sections are removed from the film carrier and the gasket body when the film carrier and gasket body are punched into the product shapes.
