Abstract The present invention relates to a nanoparticle dispersing device using ultrasonic streaming and a shock wave capable of solving problems of an ultrasonic dispersing device of the conventional art and circulating focusing ultrasonic dispersing devices of the conventional art. The ultrasonic dispersing device of the conventional art is difficult to generate strong sound power due to use of a plane ultrasonic wave; and includes non-uniform dispersion due to standing wave sound field distribution. The circulating focusing ultrasonic dispersing devices of the conventional art limits a size due to use of a cylindrical single piezoelectric vibrator. The present invention causes effective erosive dispersion in collected particles of a nanoparticle suspension by the shock wave with a plurality of piezoelectric vibrators. The present invention is provided to generate a vertex in the nanoparticle suspension by offering an ultrasonic streaming effect with a slope of a radiating surface of the piezoelectric vibrator, thereby causing division dispersion due to fluid shear force at the same time. The present invention is provided to enable the ultrasonic streaming radiated from each of the vibrators to form the vortex inside the suspension by arranging radiating surfaces of the plurality of piezoelectric vibrators in a circular shape at a predetermined angle for a fold line of an inner surface, thereby inducing uniform dispersion. The present invention prevents mixing of foreign substances through a pump by providing completed non-touch dispersion; and is easily applied to a large-capacity dispersing device. The present invention comprises: a main body; a nanoparticle receiving container; and the plurality of piezoelectric vibrators. 본 발명은 나노입자를 효과적으로 분산시키기 위한 나노입자 분산장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 평면 초음파를 사용함으로 인해 강력한 음향파워를 발생시키기 어렵고 정재파 음장분포로 인한 불균일 분산의 문제점이 있었던 종래기술의 초음파 분산장치 및 원통형 단일 압전진동자를 사용함으로 인해 그 크기에 제한이 있었던 종래기술의 순환식 집속초음파 분산장치들의 문제점을 해결하여, 다수의 압전진동자를 이용하여 충격파에 의해 나노입자 현탁액 내의 응집된 입자들에 효과적인 침식분산을 일으킬 수 있고, 압전진동자의 방사면에 경사를 주어 초음파 스트리밍 효과를 야기하는 것에 의해 나노입자 현탁액 내에 와류를 발생시켜 유체 전단력에 의한 분열분산을 동시에 일으킬 수 있는 데 더하여, 복수의 압전진동자의 방사면을 원통의 내면의 접선에 대하여 일정 각도를 주어 원형으로 배열하는 것에 의해 각 진동자들로부터 방사된 초음파 스트리밍이 현탁액 내부에 와류를 형성하도록 하여 균일한 분산을 유도하고, 완전한 비접촉식 분산을 구현하여 펌프를 통한 이물질의 혼입을 방지하는 동시에, 대용량의 분산장치로 용이하게 확장이 가능하도록 구성되는 초음파 스트리밍 및 충격파를 이용한 나노입자 분산장치가 제공된다.

The ultrasonic dispersing device of the conventional art is difficult to generate strong sound power due to use of a plane ultrasonic wave; and includes non-uniform dispersion due to standing wave sound field distribution.
