The asymmetric parallel cooling circuits allow a better control over each refrigerant stream during a cooling process, and simplify the process control by performing similar duties on a heat exchanger. 복수의 비대칭 병렬 예냉 회로를 이용하는 천연 가스 스트림의 액화를 위한 시스템 및 방법이 개시되어 있다. 비대칭 병렬 냉각 회로를 사용하면 냉각 과정에서 각각의 냉매 스트림에 대해 보다 잘 제어할 수 있으며 열교환기에 유사한 듀티를 수행함으로써 공정 제어를 단순화한다.
