The present invention relates to a toilet having a pump with an electrolysis function of new composition efficiently changing water of a water tank to hypochlorous acid having sterilizing power. The toilet having the pump comprises: a toilet main body (100) having a seat unit; a water tank (200) connected to the toilet main body (100) and including a drain lever (210); a pump (300); and a dilute hydrochloric acid supply unit (400) supplying dilute hydrochloric acid to a flow path (311) of the pump (300) by being connected to the pump (300). The pump (300) comprises: a pump body (310) including a flow path (311) having an inlet (312) in which water of the water tank (200) flows and a drain (314) discharging the water to the water tank (200), wherein the pump body (310) has an electrode mounting hole (316) connected to the flow path (311); a pumping unit (320) generating the flow in which the water flows into or is discharged from the flow path (311); and an electrode (330) mounted on the electrode mounting hole (316) and positioned on the flow path (311).
