Abstract The present invention relates to a method of transmitting a signal to a receiver in a wireless communications system, and an apparatus therefor. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps of: receiving a reference signal from the receiver; estimating a signal channel and an interference channel based on the received reference signal; determining a degree of inter-symbol interference based on the estimated interference channel, and comparing the determined degree of inter-symbol interference with a certain threshold value; if the determined degree of inter-symbol interference is lower than the threshold value, overlapping adjacent symbols by a certain length to transmit a data signal to the receiver; and if the determined degree of inter-symbol interference is higher than the threshold value, transmitting the data signal to the receiver such that the adjacent symbols do not overlap by the certain length. 본 발명은 무선 통신 시스템에서 신호를 수신기로 전송하는 방법 및 이를 위한 장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 수신기로부터 참조 신호를 수신하는 단계; 상기 수신된 참조 신호에 기초하여 신호 채널과 간섭 채널을 추정하는 단계; 상기 추정된 간섭 채널에 기초하여 심볼간 간섭(inter-symbol interference)정도를 결정하고 상기 결정된 심볼간 간섭 정도를 특정 임계값과 비교하는 단계; 상기 결정된 심볼간 간섭 정도가 상기 임계값보다 작은 경우 인접한 심볼들을 특정 길이만큼 중첩시켜 데이터 신호를 상기 수신기로 전송하는 단계; 및 상기 결정된 심볼간 간섭 정도가 상기 임계값보다 큰 경우 인접한 심볼들이 상기 특정 길이만큼 중첩되지 않도록 상기 데이터 신호를 상기 수신기로 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 방법 및 이를 위한 장치에 관한 것이다.
