The present invention relates to a vegetable packing apparatus and a packing method thereof, which have all the elements required for packing harvested vegetables; save time for fetching packing boxes, plastic, straps, etc.; conduct all the procedures such as packing and weight measurement on one place; rapidly perform packing; load completely packed packing boxes on top of a worktable to easily transfer to a storage place; improve a user convenience; allow a worker to pack the packing boxes on the worktable without having bending the waist, not burdening the worker even after a prolonged work time; and enhance work efficiency. According to the present invention, the vegetable packing apparatus comprises: a worktable; a supporter; a plastic hanger; a strap hanger; a loading guide; and a scale. 본 발명은 쌈 채소를 수확한 후 포장에 필요한 요소들을 모두 구비하고 있으므로 포장박스나 비닐, 끈 등을 일일히 가지러 가는 불필요한 시간을 절약할 뿐만 아니라 포장 및 무게측정 등의 모든 작업을 한 장소에서 일괄적으로 처리할 수 있어 신속한 포장작업을 수행할 수 있으며 포장이 완료된 포장박스는 작업대 상부에 다수 적재하여 보관장소로 손쉽게 운반할 수 있으므로 사용상 편리성이 향상될 뿐만 아니라 포장박스를 작업대 위에서 포장하므로 허리를 굽혀서 작업하지 않아도 되므로 포장작업을 장시간 수행하여도 작업자에게 무리가 가지 않아 작업능률이 향상되는 쌈 채소 포장장치 및 이의 포장방법에 관한 것이다.
