Summary: | The present invention relates to a Mn-activated complex fluoride phosphor represented by chemical formula (1), K_2MF_6:Mn, and to a method of preparing the same in which solid K_2MnF_6 is mixed with solid hydrogen fluoride represented by chemical formula (2), AFnHF, and heated to a temperature between 100C inclusive and 500C inclusive, wherein, in the chemical formula (1), M is one, or two or more quaternary elements selected from Si, Ti, Zr, Hf, Ge and Sn, and must contain Si, while in the chemical formula (2), A is one, or two or more alkali metals selected among Li, Na, K, Rb and NH_4, or ammonium, and must contain K, and n is a number between 0.7 inclusive and 4 inclusive. The present invention provides a phosphor which can achieve a desired red color with a smaller amount thereof than pre-existing Mn-activated complex fluoride phosphors.
[해결 수단] 하기 식 (1) KMF:Mn (1) (식 중 M은 Si, Ti, Zr, Hf, Ge 및 Sn으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 4가 원소이며, Si를 반드시 포함한다) 로 표시되는 Mn 부활 복불화물인 적색 형광체에, KMnF의 고체를 혼합하여, 바람직하게는 KMnF의 고체와, 하기 식 (2) AF·nHF (2) (식 중 A는 Li, Na, K, Rb 및 NH로부터 선택되는, 1종 또는 2종 이상의 알칼리 금속 또는 암모늄이며 K를 반드시 포함하고, n은 0.7 이상 4 이하의 수이다) 로 표시되는 불화수소염을 고체로 혼합하고, 100℃ 이상 500℃ 이하에서 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Mn 부활 복불화물 형광체의 제조 방법. [효과] 본 발명에 따르면, 망간 부활 복불화물 적색 형광체 중 종래보다도 목적으로 하는 적색을 얻는 데 필요한 소요량이 적어도 되는 형광체가 얻어진다. |
