Abstract A board for a fingerprint sensor, a fingerprint sensor, and a method for manufacturing a board for a fingerprint sensor are disclosed. The board for a fingerprint sensor according to an aspect of the present invention includes a core, a first conductor pattern formed on one surface of the core, a second conductor pattern formed on the first conductor pattern, an insulating layer formed between the first conductor pattern and the second conductor pattern, a dielectric layer which includes a dielectric resin and a dielectric filler dispersed in the insulating resin, and is formed on the second conductor pattern so as to cover the second conductor pattern, and a protective layer including a photocurable resin and is formed on the dielectric layer so as to cover the dielectric layer. So, the deterioration of sensing sensitivity of the fingerprint sensor can be prevented. 지문센서용 기판, 지문센서 및 지문센서용 기판의 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 지문센서용 기판은 코어, 코어의 일면에 형성되는 제1 도체패턴, 제1 도체패턴 상에 형성되는 제2 도체패턴, 제1 도체패턴과 제2 도체패턴 사이에 형성되는 절연층, 절연수지 및 절연수지에 분산된 유전체 필러를 각각 포함하고 제2 도체패턴을 커버하도록 제2 도체패턴 상에 형성되는 유전체층, 및 광경화성 수지를 포함하고 유전체층을 보호하도록 유전체층 상에 형성되는 보호층을 포함한다.
AbstractList A board for a fingerprint sensor, a fingerprint sensor, and a method for manufacturing a board for a fingerprint sensor are disclosed.
