Abstract | According to one embodiment of the present invention, there is disclosed an organic light emitting display apparatus including a light-emitting unit disposed between an anode and a cathode. The light-emitting unit includes a first emission layer, and a first hole transporting layer made of first and second materials. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first material has a higher hole mobility than that of the second material so as to improve the transfer of holes from the first hole transporting layer to the first emission layer, and the second material has a higher triplet energy level than that of the first material so as to reduce the transfer of electrons from the first emission layer to the first hole transporting layer. Thus, the driving voltage, the light emission efficiency and lifespan of the organic light emitting display apparatus can be improved.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 애노드와 캐소드 사이에, 발광부를 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치에 있어서, 상기 발광부는 제1 발광층, 및 제1 물질과 제2 물질로 이루어진 제1 정공 수송층을 포함한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 상기 제1 물질은 상기 제1 정공 수송층으로부터 상기 제1 발광층으로의 정공의 이동이 향상되도록 상기 제2 물질 대비 정공 이동도가 큰 물질이고, 상기 제2 물질은 상기 제1 발광층으로부터 상기 제1 정공 수송층으로의 전자의 이동이 감소되도록, 상기 제1 물질 대비 삼중항 에너지 레벨이 높은 물질이다. 이에 따라, 유기 발광 표시 장치의 구동 전압, 발광 효율 및 수명이 개선될 수 있다. |
