The present invention relates to a three-color light emitting package comprising a first color light emitting chip, a second color light emitting chip, and a third color light emitting chip. The three-color light emitting package comprises: a plurality of first driving terminals electrically connected to first polarity electrode pads of the first color light emitting chip, the second color light emitting chip, and the third color light emitting chip respectively; and a plurality of second driving terminals electrically connected to second polarity electrode pads of the first color light emitting chip, the second color light emitting chip, and the third color light emitting chip.
