The present invention relates to hyaluronic acid derivatives for liver target orientation transfer through an intravenous injection of cells, and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing hyaluronic acid derivatives having an ability for modifying the surface of cells, biocompatibility, biodegradable abilities and liver target orientation transfer properties, and to uses of hyaluronic acid derivatives manufactured thereby to a liver target orientation transfer system. 본 발명은 세포의 정맥 주사를 통한 간 표적 지향 전달을 위한 히알루론산 유도체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 세포의 표면을 개질할 수 있는 능력과 동시에 생체 적합성, 생분해성 및 간 표적 지향 전달 특성을 갖는 히알루론산 유도체의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 히알루론산 유도체의 간 표적지향 세포 전달시스템으로의 이용에 관한 것이다.
