A tetrazolium compound of the present invention is represented by chemical formula 1. The tetrazolium compound can accelerate curing of an epoxy resin at low temperatures, and an epoxy resin composition comprising the tetrazolium compound generates micropores to a lesser degree during curing and has excellent bending characteristics. In the chemical formula 1, R_1, R_2 and R_3 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon group having 1-30 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon group having 1-30 carbon atoms and a hetero atom, or a halogen group; R_4 is a substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon group having 1-30 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon group having 1-30 carbon atoms and a hetero atom; and a, b and c are each independently an integer from 0 to 5. 본 발명의 테트라졸륨 화합물은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 테트라졸륨 화합물은 저온에서도 에폭시 수지의 경화를 촉진할 수 있는 것으로서, 상기 테트라졸륨 화합물을 경화 촉매로 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물은 경화 시 미세기공의 발생이 적고, 휨 특성 등이 우수하다.
